A fresh faced actor with the journey of a scholar:
DANCING —> PSYCHOLOGY & SOCIAL WORK —> MARKETING & ART —> ACTING
An American actress of German and Mexican descent, Kassandra was born in Las Vegas, Nevada. She began dancing at the age of 3, discovering her love for performance through jazz, ballet, tap and hip hop. At age 12, she moved to Los Angeles, where she went on to earn a scholarship to the University of Southern California. She graduated with honors and a BA in Psychology and minor in Social Work, having won an award for her two year Honors Thesis research project. During her time at USC, Kassandra enjoyed living in the Pi Beta Phi sorority house and cheering on the Trojans as a World Famous USC Song Girl. She performed all over the country, and crossed the seas for a pre-Olympic dance tour in London.
Kassandra worked in the art industry for several years, as the senior manager of an online global community of 3 million artists. Here she honed her marketing and community management abilities, but the performative arts were never far for her, as she filmed commercials and modeled throughout this time.
Finally, her calling was too loud and she switched to a full time focus on acting. She is currently studying at Lesly Kahn’s Institute in Los Angeles, and loving improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade LA. She continually trains her craft, and is passionate about creative collaboration.
Kassandra holds certifications as a comprehensive Pilates instructor, is trained in aerial silks, and is an avid yogi with experience in acro yoga. She also loves to play her guitar (self-taught), and is excited to learn her new ukulele!
Kassandra lives and works primarily in Los Angeles, splitting her time in San Juan, Puerto Rico. A well versed traveler, she is available both domestically and internationally for work.
